The house
As your turn onto Hällingsbovägen, the one-kilometer gravel road leading to the house, pristine lands foreground the estate. Everything within the house is deliberate and designed, combining family heirloom objects with exclusive furniture sourced and produced in Scandinavia. At Hällingsbo Gård, no detail is coincidental. It is a space for people to enjoy, and to find themselves – whether this means quiet contemplation or revelrous celebration.
Within you’ll find a sumptuous commons area that opens onto a terrace of almost equal size, a communal kitchen and a catering kitchen, two dining rooms, three fireplaces, multiple balconies and six unique bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The landscape
Several years ago the family passed-on the agricultural fields to two local brothers, Karl and Gustav; Lammet & Bonden, whose beloved farm and shop keep alive reinhart’s commitment to ethical animal husbandry and biological cultivation of the land.
Hällingsbo Gård, however, doesn’t feel like a farm- it is far more like a fairy tale. The grounds invite you to linger and lounge, the extensive forests and trails beckon you to stroll, and the sweetness of Mjörn Lake refreshes not only your skin but your soul.
