As Tingslyckan is located in the middle of Ulricehamn, you are close to both the forest/recreation area Lassalyckan, as well as the city's center with cafés, grocery stores and more. The house is secluded in a small, older neighborhood, with privacy from three sides. There are three free outdoor car parks and a garage for one car.

Tingslyckan has an open and airy floor plan so that everyone has room to hang out, regardless of whether you cook, eat or watch TV. The four bedrooms are about nine squarekilometers and spacious, two have double beds. All rooms have blackout curtains. There are plenty of closets with wire baskets and hangers. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi is available throughout the house.

Towels and bath towels are included and you can also borrow bed linen in exchange for you washing them at 90 degrees and hanging them in the drying cabinet or putting them washed and folded on the washing bench before departure. The cleaning lady washes towels and bath towels. The cleaning is included in the price and is done in a covid secured manner.

There is a bath, two showers, a hairdryer and hand and shower soap. you can use the washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet, iron and there are detergents, rinse aids and cleaning products available. the house is equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. There are also simpler bandages.

Smoking, candles and pets are prohibited in the house.
