Discover the beautiful tracks along the Sandared river! Here, at the end of the Kvarnstigen, four different hiking trails await you that will take you on a peaceful journey along winding paths and leafy surroundings.
The red Trail - 1.2 km: Start your hike here and let the 1.2 kilometre long trail guide you along the beautiful banks of Sandared river.
The yellow trail - 1.1 km: After the red trail, the yellow trail takes over. Explore the 1.1 kilometre stretch and enjoy the lush nature along the river.
The green Trail - 1.5 km: After following the Red Trail, the Green Trail takes you on a 1.5 kilometre journey along old farmland and picturesque paths by Rydal croft.
The blue Trail - 3.2 km: For a longer hike, follow the Blue Trail which stretches for 3.2 kilometres along the east side of Sandared river. A perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding landscape.
Parking is available at Sandgärds school and the library, only a short walk away. The bus stops near Sandared's church and the train station is also within easy reach of the tracks.
